Fall Comfort Foods: Creamy Potato Soup.
This is one of my favorite recipes to make when it's cold out. It is sooo good with a fresh baked French baguette. I grew up with a chunky potato soup my mom used to make, which I still love, but this one is a little different and since my kids aren't big on food with chunks, it fits our family better.

{Please excuse my chicken scratch handwriting}
with a ladle scoop out portions of the soup into a blender, and puree. {you might want to have another large bowl or pot nearby to collect the pureed portions until the main pot is empty}.

once the cheese is melted serve in bowls with a big chunk of bread!
I tend to serve this soup with turkey balls {instead of meatballs}. They're a good combination together. Enjoy!
