Because I'm Crazy

Ok so I decided the back to my newly painted hutch was too purply tinted for my liking...



So I repainted it this morning!



It's now a darker grey with a green undertone and goes much better with the main color...








What do you think?

My next furniture make-over project will be the big boys' dressers...



I'm hoping to take them from too slick and modern to vintagey... stay tuned!

I like it better! You did a great job on it! I wish I could get motivated to do my next painting project but it just isn't coming to me :)

So excited to see your hutch, I just commented on a fellow blogger about me starting my hutch redesign this weekend. I was old and dark and hopefully I can give it new life. Your hutch is beautiful...I would love to see the rest of your kitchen. Your blog looks fun, so Im now a follower.

I love the gray color! It is a little hard to tell in the photos but yeah purpleish was not great.

that hutch is beautiful! the color is amazing. i painted something that was a too purply gray once and it was so upsetting! i redid it, too!
