reupholstering a thrift store chair

I recently came across this chair at one of my local Goodwills.




I loved the lines of it but wasn't too crazy about the seat fabric...so I chose some fabric from my stash and recovered it...




For now I like the wood the color that it is, but I may paint it something else in the future...



I almost forgot the best part... it only cost me $5.99, the price for the chair, because the fabric I already had!
